On June 11, 1962, Frank Morris, John Anglin and Clarence Anglin laid trail - and successfully escaped from Alcatraz Island. As this behavior is definitely worthy of Hash admiration, the Treasure Coast H3 will celebrate this momentous event at Hash #281 in Hobe Sound with a trail complete with rocks, water, and steel - yes, just like Alcatraz. So don your prison garb, bring your whistle, your bug stuff, your light and most especially your virgins, and you, too can ESCAPE from the Ordinary!
Meet in back of the Coldwell Banker office, west side of US 1, just south of the Bridge Road intersection. 6:30 pm, hare away 7-ish. $5 cash. Note to NFHNs, Returners and Visitors: there will be Walker/Chicken & Runner/Eagle trails.
D-erections for Visitors not using US 1: I-95, North or South: take Exit 96, CR 708/Bridge Road east to US 1; turn right (south), Coldwell Banker on the right, just after Harry & the Natives on the corner.
